Castelli and Canadian Cycling Magazine want to send you to ride in Italy in the Dolomites. We’ve put together a package valued at $7,000 that includes entry into the Maratona dles Dolomites, full kit by Castelli, airfare, accommodation and more.
Narrow roads through the countryside and switchback routes up mountain passes bring cyclists to Italy and Maratona dles Dolomites for once-in-a-lifetime riding. The gran fondo features seven iconic climbs: Passo Campolongo, Passo Pordoi, Passo Sella, Passo Gardena, Passo Giau, Passo Valparola and Mür dl Giat. Thousands of riders take on this challenge each year. Thousands more try to get in but can’t because of the event’s popularity. Castelli, the maker of cycling clothing, and Canadian Cycling Magazine are giving away an exclusive entry to the big event to one lucky rider.

Seven finalists will be chosen from all the submissions. Then, from May 27 to June 2, readers will vote on the final grand prize winner.
Grand Prize Details
The dream cycling getaway to Italy includes:
- airfare from Canada to Venice, arriving July 1
- tour of Castelli HQ on July 1
- transportation to Corvara
- three days of riding in the Italian Dolomites
- entry into the Maratona dles Dolomites on July 5
- return airfare to Canada on July 6
- food and lodging for the entire stay in Italy
- clothing by Castelli: one Aero Race 5.0 jersey, one Climber’s 2.0 jersey, one Free Aero Race bib shorts and one Velo vest

The Fine Print
- This contest for the prizes outlined in Grand Prize Details.
- The entrants understand that the contest has two stages. Only seven entrants will be chosen as finalists for the second stage.
- The seven finalists will be announced May 27. Also on May 27, the details for voting for the Grand Prize winner will be announced.
- The winner assumes all risks involved in participating in the event.
- Not open to residents of Quebec.
- Contest entrants must be at least 19 years old and Canadian citizens.
